We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, helping drive business improvements through data-driven decisions. 2 Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
    • Work with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for new projects or business initiatives.
    • Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development teams.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Use data analysis tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business teams to optimize operations.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization:
    • Identify business process inefficiencies and recommend solutions for process optimization.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test improvements to business workflows.
    • Support the development and implementation of new systems or tools to enhance business performance.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
    • Participate in meetings and workshops to discuss project progress, requirements, and challenges.
    • Support change management and help business users adapt to new processes or systems.

3 Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
    • Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., SWOT, BPMN, or Agile).
    • Knowledge of SQL and databases for basic data querying.
    • Understanding of business process modeling and workflow optimization.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex business requirements.
