Kenangan Brands are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and leading new product initiatives to strengthen our market presence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand remains relevant, engaging, and competitive in the fast-paced F&B industry. Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the food and baverage FMCG.
- Strong experience in costing management and pricing strategy.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies to drive awareness, strengthen brand positioning, and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability in line with market trends and business goals.
- Monitor and control product costing, working closely with Finance and Operations teams to optimize margins and manage pricing impact.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, competitors, and industry trends to support data-driven decision making and identify new opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing activities, both ATL and BTL, including campaigns, promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Creative, and external vendors/agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and oversee brand administration tasks, including documentation, reporting, budget tracking, and project timelines.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate post-activity reports with clear insights and recommendations for improvement.
