Job Overview:

We are seeking a Brand Manager who will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for our architectural wall brand. KI Architectural Walls are a brand of interior wall systems designed to provide flexible, demountable, and aesthetically pleasing solutions for creating private and collaborative spaces within offices, healthcare and educational environments. This role will bring strategic marketing plans to life by initiating projects, defining timelines and success factors, and ensuring cohesive execution across content, product launches, and paid media. This position will work from KI’s Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning and Briefing:
  • Lead quarterly/annual strategic planning
  • Write strategic briefs that guide content creation, campaigns and product launches
  • Identify marketing needs and priorities for campaigns, launches, events and content
  • Campaign Activation, Performance and Oversight:
  • Initiate marketing projects and oversee execution in collaboration with marketing operations, creative services, digital and agency partners
  • Track campaign KPI’s and success metrics
  • Own performance expectations for both top of funnel, and mid-funnel conversions, including defining how success will be measured
  • Content Strategy and Product Launches:
  • Define content needs and partner with creative teams for development
  • Coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across sales, creative, product, demand generation and media
  • Work with external media agency to support paid and earned media efforts tied to launches or campaigns

What you Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Architecture or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with exposure to vertical or segment-based planning.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and content planning across multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering memorable brand experiences.
  • Strong program management and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and agencies on multi-channel marketing
