Are you a native Bosnian, Serbian or Croatian speaker with fluent English skills?  Are you interested in working from home from anywhere in Greece whilst avoiding the daily commute to the office?

This is a remote full-time job opportunity all over Greece where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or are looking at working & relocating to Greece.

You will have the chance to serve the Bosnian / Croatian / Serbian speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all Bosnian - Serbian -  Croatian callers
  • Respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
  • Maintain solid customer relationships with Bosnian - Croatian - Serbian customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism

  • Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations
