Established during the Swadeshi Movement of India, Biological E. Limited (BE) started during a time when the nation sought access to critical healthcare products. Founded and led by Dr. DVK Raju, Biological E. Limited commenced its operations in 1953 as a biological products company manufacturing liver extracts and anti-coagulants. With an objective of transitioning from treating diseases to preventing them, Biological E. Production Formulations (Injectables) : Post : Sr. Executive/Executive/Sr. Officer/Officer Qualification : M.Sc. (Life Science) / B.Pharmacy / Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI
The candidate must possess the following skills : • BLENDING : Ability to manage shift plans for formulation activities. Operate and maintain equipment such as autoclaves and blending vessels CIP and SIP skids. • FILLING : Ability to manage shift plans for filling activities. Operate and maintain equipment such as a Vial Washer, Tunnel Sterilizer, filling and Capping Machine. • PACKING & LABELLING : Ability to handle shift plans for Vial labelling machines and VVM dot machines with an inspection system. Batch Coding through the use ofVideojet and Control Printer. Operation ofTrack and Trace system, monitoring of cold room and deep freezer temperatures.
QA - IN PROCESS (INJECTABLES) Designation : Sr. Executive/Executive Qualification : M. Pharmacy / M.Sc. / B. Pharmacy The candidate must possess the following skills: DRUG PRODUCT : Execute Fill-Finish activities for IPQA, including reviewing SOPs, batch records, executed validations and media fills; line clearance for formulation and filling operations; and managing change controls, deviations, OOS investigations, and trend analysis.
ENGINEERING (BIOLOGICS/INJECTABLES) Designation : Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Fitter) The candidate must possess the following skills : • INSTRUMENTATION MAINTENANCE : Experience in BMS, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration, SCADA, and PLC. • PROCESS EQUIPMEN T: Experience in handling breakdowns, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of Vial Washing, Filling, Capping, Autoclave, labeling Machines, Jacketed Vessels, and Lyophilization. Able to handle shift operations. • HVAC & UTILITIES : Maintenance of Cold Rooms, Walk-In Incubators, Deep freezers, LAFU's, DPB's, GC's, Bio Safety Cabinets, Industrial Refrigerators, LSSU’s, Chillers, and Hot water Generation Systems.
