- Work alongside the BIM Manager to facilitate BIM information exchange and technical coordination between the project team, client, external consultants, and contractors.
- Assist in setting up the BIM project and establishing technical administration protocols in line with office-wide or client standards and templates.
- Coordinate with BIM teams from various disciplines to ensure models are completed on time for scheduled BIM coordination meetings.
- Prepare and compile technical coordination models for clash detection meetings and other BIM-related tasks.
- Maintain and monitor BIM models to ensure they remain functional and compliant with office-wide or client BIM standards.
- Support the project team by troubleshooting BIM issues and providing guidance on BIM best practices.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to plan and develop project deliverables.
- Offer BIM-related assistance to the project team as required.
- Participate in office-wide BIM workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineerg, Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of working experience related to BIM
- Junior applicants at 1-3 years experience are encouraged to apply
- High proficiency in Revit and Autocad
