- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
- Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
- Able to work under pressure
- High School Diploma Required
