What would you do? • Strong domain expertise in Argus and Excel cash flow modeling, Recovery modeling from recovery schedules for US Commercial properties, Financial Audit and Updates in Argus and Excel models, Rent Roll and Opex spreading and Return analysis (IRR). • Perform Review / Quality Check (QC) and provide feedback to team members • Good communication skill for sending emails to resolve any queries. • Should be able to support preparation of various reports and circulate to respective stakeholders. • Analyse complex deals and provide guidance to team members
