We are looking for an experienced sales executive to support our growth and international expansion. Fyr is a fast-growing software company that provides a marketing intelligence solution utilising technology, algorithms and artificial intelligence in a way that makes it easier to understand how you can improve return on marketing investments. Our goal is to make large enterprises and marketing agencies more competitive and profitable through the development of innovative MarTech.
The company is headquartered in Trondheim, Norway and currently serves clients across 4 different continents. Fyr is owned by financial investors, founders and key employees and have substantial funding in place to support further growth.
About the role:
As a sales executive, your responsibilities will include areas like lead generation, activation & closing, establishing and developing relationships with partners, resellers and contribute to optimising the company’s sales and go-to market strategy.
We expect you will be able to:
- Develop pipeline and achieve personal sales targets
- Able to drive business development in new international markets and verticals
- Establish and maintain strategic commercial partnerships
- Work structured and insight driven
- Contribute to optimising the company sales and go-to market strategy together with the management team
- Bridge information from the market back to the R&D team
Qualifications and personal qualities that needs to be in place:
- Relevant higher education
- Track record from B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the MarTech space
- Strong understanding of software and technology
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Business fluent in English, other language skills is highly appreciated
- Experience from working internationally is an advantage
- A clear “hunter” mentality combined with high personal motivation
