About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to join our Sourcing-team within the Core Engineering team, at Workday in Israel!
Our team is dedicated to designing and implementing cutting-edge architecture to meet the scaling needs of our rapidly growing client base. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions, leveraging our expertise in Python, React, k8s, MongoDB, Celery, and more. We implement solutions for finding the best candidates to a role, and finding the best roles for a candidate.
We provide the sourcers the insights to make smart hiring decisions, while also communicating with candidates in MSTeams for creating a complete and appealing experience.
About You
Basic qualification:
+4 years of experience as an Automation Engineer in RESTful API and microservice testing.
Hands-on experience with backend testing using Pytest
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is required.
Hands-on experience with Cypress.
Proficient in using Postman for API testing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
Experience working with noSQL DBs.
Skilled in managing development processes using Jira or other project management tools.
Familiar with forensics and monitoring tools such as Sentry, groundcover, Grafana, and Prometheus.
A passion for technology and solving complex problems.
Can-do attitude, highly motivated, effective at working independently, and a collaborative team player.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Other qualification:
Experience working with event-driven systems and technologies such as Celery.
Proven experience in building, designing, and implementing automation infrastructures.
