We’re a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly evolving company! Which means we need your help taking us to the next level.

Fubo is committed to excellence through diversity, which involves attracting talented people from diverse backgrounds and traditions. We encourage everyone to apply.

About the role:

*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).*

Fubo is looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us leverage data to improve our content merchandising. The successful candidate will be equally diving deep into performance analytics to identify what works (and what doesn’t), and proactively collaborating with engineers to enhance metadata access that will give us more editorial flexibility. SQL and Python are in your comfort zone, but you’re also totally cool with leveraging off-the-shelf analytics tools like Amplitude. Most importantly, you bring with you an insatiable curiosity, a strong sense of ownership, and an innate ability to structure and quantify your recommendations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct data analysis using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau) to uncover insights into content performance, user engagement, and consumption trends. Leverage those findings into actionable recommendations for product, UX, and content strategy.
  • Build, maintain and improve internal content tools leveraging Gracenote and other metadata sources. Understand the needs of various teams at Fubo to identify and execute operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor data pipelines and flag inconsistencies, working with engineering teams to resolve data quality issues and ensure system reliability.
  • Lead initiatives to improve metadata standardization, tagging strategies, and taxonomy for sports leagues, teams, genres, and special events.
  • Design, run, interpret, and communicate A/B tests and experimentation results to guide product and content decisions.
  • Automate repetitive workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
  • Manage configuration work in Fubo’s internal content management system (CMS).
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and editorial teams to ensure content and data systems meet stakeholder needs and support product goals.
  • Support ad-hoc data needs with clear, actionable insights.

About you:

  • Data-driven with strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing content workflows with multiple team members.
  • Passionate about sports, streaming, and the evolving digital media landscape.
  • Excellent communicator who can present complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excited by the fast pace of live entertainment, and always looking for ways to optimize systems and user experience.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to organize information
  • Ability to develop and articulate an informed opinion
  • Communication skills - sharing the right information in the right way at the right time
  • Comfort with public speaking
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience

Perks & Benefits:

  • At Fubo, you will have the opportunity to personally influence what live media looks like after it goes through its next big transformation
  • Fubo provides a highly competitive compensation based on experience and market standards
  • Robust benefit package including Health/Dental/Vision coverage 401k, Life Insurance, and commuter benefits
  • Free Premium Fubo Account
  • Unlimited PTO days and regular company-wide activities
  • Fubo's main headquarters are located in Midtown Manhattan, with offices in Denver, Paris, and Bangalore
  • Fubo is an e-verified company

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $90,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $120,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's equity plan, annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, and other business considerations.
