The Chiltern Way Academy (CWA) is a cutting edge and transformational Special Needs school for students with Social, Emotional, Communication and Interaction Difficulties (SECID).
Our Prestwood campus works with students on the Autistic spectrum and our Wendover campus works with students with a range of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
We are expanding rapidly and as new posts are created it is an exciting time to join us.
We need Assistant Teachers with presence and excellent interpersonal skills who want to develop professionally. You will work closely with the teachers to enhance the learning experience of small groups of students in a classroom setting and undertake one-to-one mentoring and support.
You will join a talented, loyal and hardworking team dedicated to improving outcomes for our children.
