- CVs, Domicile, 5 years DMC / Transcript, House Job certificate, Experience certificate (if any), FCPS Part-I result, 2 years training complete in medicine for FCPS-II, CNIC copy, 3 x passport size photographs, Police Character Verification.
- Those having foreign qualification to submit HEC/PMC equivalency certificate.
- Incomplete/late applications will not be accepted. Last Date for submission of application is 10 Jun 2025.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
