We are passionate about sustainability, operational excellence, and providing an unparalleled customer experience. We don’t just run fulfillment centers—we operate high-velocity, customer-centric hubs that power the circular economy.

Our Operations Managers are entrepreneurs at heart, relentless problem-solvers, and culture builders who thrive in fast-paced environments. If you live by Kaizen principles, 5S methodology, and believe every process can and should be improved, this is your opportunity to shape and scale a rapidly growing business in a critical market.

The Role

As the Operations Area Manager (AM) in the Columbus Fulfillment Center (FC), you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of inbound/outbound or a combination of both, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build, optimize, and scale operations while developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee designated path, or multiple path functions assigned, ensuring seamless execution in quality, productivity and inventory management.
  • Lean & Continuous Improvement: Help implement Kaizen, 5S, and other Lean principles to optimize workflows, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency.
  • Team Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams while driving a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Process Standardization: Ensure all stations, workflows, and processes are structured and standardized for maximum efficiency.
  • Inventory & Order Fulfillment: Daily responsible for assigned process paths which may include some or all of: inbound receiving, product quality checks, storage, and outbound shipping to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use key operational metrics to drive communicated strategy and improve FC performance.
  • Quality Control: Enforce quality standards, and drive continuous enhancements to reduce defects and inefficiencies.

Communication & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with tech, logistics, and corporate teams to align strategies and drive improvements.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading operations in a high-volume fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse environment.
  • Understanding of Lean principles, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of assisting in scaling teams and driving performance.
  • Hands-on approach—this is not a desk job; we expect our leaders to be actively involved in daily operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on process optimization and accountability.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS) and tracking tools.
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and drive change across all levels of the organization.

  • Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have the autonomy to innovate and drive results.
  • A culture of continuous improvement—we challenge the status quo every day.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities.
