About the job
We have an immediate opening for a full-time project architect in our growing building systems group. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth and advancement in municipal and federal markets.
Duties:
· Work within a project team to support architectural projects from initial project programming up to and through construction.
· Development of program studies/reports and feasibility studies.
· Develop architectural assessment reports for existing building structures.
· Communicate effectively and coordinate with project team members, including sub-consultants and other disciplines.
· Lead architect on multi-discipline projects.
· Code review for new and existing buildings.
Qualifications:
· Possess a bachelor’s degree in architecture with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience.
· Being a Registered Architect is a plus.
· Understanding of building codes and regulations.
· Technical knowledge in the use of AutoCAD and Revit.
· Ability to work within multiple design teams and execute to meet demanding schedules.
· Have excellent technical writing and communication skills
· Must be a U.S. Citizen or be eligible to work without an employer sponsorship.
