About the job
Aidin is looking for a hands-on and mission-driven Analytics Manager to shape the roadmap, design, and execution of our internal and external reporting data products. This individual will serve as the point person for our data products, helping our users — from hospital system executives to internal product managers — gain the insights they need to drive better outcomes for patients.
In this role, you will own the design and implementation of robust data models, embedded dashboards, and self-serve analytics tools, while also conducting product discovery with users and collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize improvements to our reporting experiences.
This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works closely with our Product, Implementation, Client Success, Support, Finance and Engineering teams.
What You Will Do
Data Product Management
- Define the strategy and roadmap for Aidin’s internal and external insights and reporting data products
- Communicate roadmap, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Conduct discovery interviews with healthcare clients (hospital systems, post-acute care providers) to understand their data needs and pain points
- Partner with internal teams to identify and prioritize data needs and create tools and documentation that empower them to self-serve
Analytics Engineering
- Design, build, and test embedded analytics for our customer-facing applications using Metabase and other tools
- Collaborate with our Data Engineer to build and maintain robust and scalable dbt data models that serve both internal and external reporting
- Collaborate with engineering to align data infrastructure with analytics needs
- Travel occasionally (2–4 times per year) for client visits and team offsites
Skills & Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, consulting, finance, or related fields
- Strong experience with dbt and Metabase (or similar BI tools)
- Familiarity analytics data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Proven ability to translate business questions into scalable data models and clear visualizations
- Product-minded: comfortable conducting discovery interviews, prioritizing features, and making tradeoffs
- Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative, fully remote startup environment
- Healthcare data experience (especially in care coordination or transitions) is a plus
