Job Description

What is the opportunity?

This analyst role supports multiple teams within operations and the primary goal is to find efficiencies and reduce risk within these teams through process improvements via Excel macro and Access database builds.

What will you do?

  • Maintain EUDAs (Excel macros and Access Databases) across multiple operations teams.
  • Work with teams to review processes to find efficiencies.
  • Create new EUDAs to assist with gap processing and process efficiency.
  • Accurately document updates to EUDAs to ensure proper review and testing of changes.
  • Collaborate with teams to pull data as needed to support reporting and processing.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Willingness to learn new things and be curious about processes.
  • Knowledge of VBA, Access, and SQL coding logic.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
  • Proficiency in communicating clearly and efficiently with individuals.

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Jira ticketing system.
  • Familiarity with IT documentation processes.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $65,000 - $115,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
