The Role
We’re seeking a talented AI Product Manager who will lead the strategy, development, and execution of AI-driven features within our workforce management solutions. You will work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to develop AI-powered automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making tools that enhance hiring and scheduling processes. Your work will help streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and optimize workforce utilization for healthcare providers.
Who You Are
- Passionate about applying AI and machine learning to solve real world problems.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in AI, data science, or automation-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, and healthcare workforce management challenges.
- Experience working with product feature engineering and data science teams to develop and launch AI-powered features.
- Familiarity with workforce scheduling, talent acquisition, or HR tech solutions is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- Define and execute the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

- Develop business cases and success metrics for AI initiatives, demonstrating their value to customers and internal teams.
- Ensure ethical and responsible AI use, focusing on fairness, transparency, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to position AI-driven solutions effectively in the market.
- Stay updated on AI trends, workforce management technologies, and competitive landscape to drive continuous innovation.
