About the job

I-Stem (https://www.istemai.com) is focused on empowering people with disabilities using technology, community and support services. Our primary offerings include a range of technologies to help people with disabilities access information and resources on an equal basis, as well as community initiatives and programs such as mentorship, recruitment, training etc. We are a well-funded organization with supporters including companies such as Microsoft and Morgan Stanley, and organizations such as the UN, GSMA etc. We are looking to hire an experienced program and outreach manager to own and lead strategy for several of our programs and initiatives including our marketing and outreach efforts. This position will directly report to the co-founders and will assume significant leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop program and outreach strategy based on an in-depth understanding of target users and stakeholders in collaboration with the co-founders
• Lead program planning and execution, both virtually and in-person
• Interact with users to get feedback, monitor feedback and communicate with the product and technical teams for product improvement
• Undertake other responsibilities as necessary for business need from time-to-time
