About the job
About Pryon:
We’re a team of AI, technology, and language experts whose DNA lives in Alexa, Siri, Watson, and virtually every human language technology product on the market. Now we’re building an industry-leading knowledge management and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platform. Our proprietary, cutting-edge natural language processing capabilities transform unstructured data into meaningful experiences that increase productivity with unmatched accuracy and speed.
At Pryon, we’re transforming how organizations harness their knowledge through our Memory Layer, the foundation that ingests, organizes, and retrieves knowledge with unmatched accuracy, speed, and security. Just as importantly, we pair our Memory Layer with advanced technologies such as orchestration, agentic capabilities, and secure LLMs to deliver solutions that are both powerful and enterprise-ready.
As an AI Enablement Engineer at Pryon, you will bring these capabilities inside our own walls, leading the way in building internal solutions that demonstrate the full potential of our platform. From lightweight applications and custom UIs to intelligent workflows that streamline how Pryon operates, you will set the gold standard for how enterprises can unlock productivity with AI.
In This Role You Will:
- Identify and scope high-impact use cases where Pryon’s Memory Layer and advanced AI technologies can improve productivity and alignment.
- Deploy and configure Pryon solutions internally, ensuring that teams are able to access and apply knowledge efficiently.
- Experiment with and apply cutting-edgecapabilities that may not yet be fully productized, serving as a hands-on product expert.
- Build lightweight applications, custom UIs, and extensions on top of Pryon’s platform to meet unique internal needs.
- Measure and quantify the impact of internal deployments, capturing productivity improvements, time savings, and efficiency gains.
- Translate internal successes into external collateral, including case studies, benchmarks, and reference architectures that showcase the value of Pryon solutions to the market.
- Document and codify best practices that can be scaled and replicated for customer-facing deployments.
- Enable adoption across Pryon teams, evangelizing AI solutions and ensuring colleagues can fully leverage them in daily workflows.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions/pre-sales engineering, applied AI, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in coding and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) with the ability to build lightweight applications, UIs, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, such as LLMs, NLP, RAG systems, or orchestration frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, define, and scope use cases that drive measurable business value.
- Experience measuring impact of technical solutions, including defining success metrics and quantifying productivity or efficiency gains.
- Ability to experiment with emerging technologies and apply them in practical, business-relevant contexts—even when they are not fully productized.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical solutions into clear value for stakeholders.
- Experience with UI/UX development for internal tools or productivity apps.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and integrating APIs or data sources.
- Exposure to knowledge management, search, or retrieval systems.
- Demonstrated ability to create customer-facing collateral (e.g., reference architectures, case studies, solution benchmarks).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Benefits for Full Time Employees:
- Remote first organization
- 100% Company paid Health/Dental/Vision benefits for you and your dependents
- Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability
- 401k
- Unlimited PTO
