Your mission
As the Affiliate and Partnerships Marketing Specialist for the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) market, you will be crucial in managing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of affiliates, influencer & partnerships to drive performance and revenue growth for Bitpanda. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for affiliates & influencers in the DACH region, adapting strategies to fit local market dynamics while aligning with global objectives. You will work closely with the wider User Acquisition team to drive ROI-positive marketing campaigns.
What you will do
- Own the affiliate optimization strategy and implementation across all types of affiliate partners for the DACH market.
- Support the wider Performance Marketing team in achieving their performance objectives.
- Grow Bitpanda's presence, conversion, and revenue contribution through smart expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with the DACH country management, analytics, product, and creative teams to develop optimal campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify new optimization and growth levers and steer efficient budgets towards defined ROI and volume targets.
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on both optimizing existing campaigns and building new ones.
- You are fluent in both German and English to easily connect with various stakeholders, people, and partners.
- You have a proven track record of building sustainable revenue growth in affiliate and/or performance marketing.
- You are detail-oriented and will notice when an affiliate has changed previously agreed-upon content or site positioning.
- Experience in managing partnership platforms like Impact is a significant plus.
