Together with a close-knit group of fellow starters, you'll receive both theoretical training and practical support; - Once you are fully operational, you will support clients with their insurance needs. With your empathic and commercial attitude, you have the freedom to have open conversations and provide appropriate (insurance) solutions; - As a team player, you are motivated to contribute to the goals of the office, focusing on quality and client satisfaction; - You will ensure that you continuously develop yourself and strive for the status of 'super advisor', with the guidance of your Field Manager; - Possesses a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field; - Has excellent communication skills and shows especially good listening skills; - Often receives compliments on his/her empathy skills (and not just from the mother); - Has an added advantage through experience in the insurance industry or with customer interactions; - A degree in law practice, law school, real estate, financial services or insurance is a plus; - An optimal work-life balance: you can fully flourish, both professionally and personally.
