SF Recruitment's professional services department is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator on a temp - perm basis. The ideal candidate will assist with managing incoming customer queries, coordinating job assignments, and ensuring accurate reporting.

This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently with both customers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with queries where possible.
- Raise new reactive and servicing jobs on the system and allocate engineers accordingly.
- Review engineers' schedules to ensure all job notes, paperwork, and images have been submitted and that the time scheduled for jobs is accurate. 
- Follow up with engineers to ensure paperwork and job notes are completed.
- Update customer systems with job status and relevant notes.
- Maintain spreadsheets to generate customer reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Confident and professional demeanour with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Computer literate, with experience in maintaining records and spreadsheets.
