WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A LEASING CONSULTANT

  • providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails.
  • Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process.
  • Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks.
  • Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties.
  • Maintain accurate wait and transfer lists; review applicant files to determine eligibility
  • Support site and office operations as assigned by manager

COMPENSATION

  • $19.00-$21.00 per hour
  • plus an annual bonus

This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.


Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Prior experience in the affordable housing industry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to obtain a leasing license within 120 days of hire
  • COS/TCS preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish (preferred but not required)
  • You are committed to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional service
  • You bring determination each day – embracing constructive criticism and pushing to get better
  • You believe in teamwork – that we are better, together
