Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our project team with a variety of administrative and creative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to multiple aspects of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry to support project tracking and reporting
  • Assist with video editing for internal presentations and communications
  • Create and format presentations for meetings and stakeholder updates
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
