Title: Accounts Payable Manager

Overview:
A fast-growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to take full ownership of the company’s A/P function. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, vendor relationships, and process integrity during an exciting period of organizational growth and transformation.

This is a fully remote position offering a fast-paced, collaborative environment and the opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing, vendor setup, payments, and reconciliations.

  • Maintain vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate payments.

  • Reconcile A/P sub-ledger to the general ledger and assist with accruals during month-end close.

  • Prepare and analyze A/P aging and management reports.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, short-pays, and variances.

  • Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and documentation requests.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

  • Collaborate with the CFO and finance leadership team to ensure clear visibility and accuracy within payables.


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.

  • Proven success managing vendor setup, 3-way match, reconciliations, and payment processing.

  • Hands-on experience as an A/P Manager, Supervisor, or Senior A/P Specialist.

  • Experience using Sage or Intacct ERP systems (required).

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.

  • Degree not required; equivalent experience strongly valued.
