GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position ofAccounts Manager based in Phnom Penh, Province to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including, month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, treasury, budgeting, and taxes
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
  • Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
  • Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
  • Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
  • Involve in ERP Project
  • Other tasks assigned by superior

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience (ACCA (pass some or upto advance stage for reference)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency
  • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases
  • Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
