About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong focus on Business Development, Account Management, and Relationship Management to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Understand client needs and objectives; propose solutions and services that meet their goals
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, operations) to meet client expectations
- Entrepreneurial approach and a self-starter personality are a "must-have"
- Comfortable with tech driven implementation, data and analytics
- 3-5 years of business development/commercial experience in product/SaaS/enterprise sales preferably in a B2B retail environment
- Experience in Banks, Telcos, e-Wallets, e-commerce and payment related companies would be preferred
- Proven experience in managing the entire business cycle from prospecting to closure
- Exposure to multi-stakeholder management and high growth environments would be preferred
- Proficiency in English & Thai language
