  • Project and Production Management for the teams assigned.
  • Client relationship management and servicing for assigned jobs – owner of assigned project.
  • Ensuring smooth working relationship with clients.
  • Attending client Brief Meetings/ Taking Approvals/ Seeking Inputs – Single Point of Contact of the Company for assigned projects.
  • Responsible for developing a detailed project briefing after capturing all the requirements from Sales Teams/ Client.
  • Development of project implementation and delivery plan in coordination with Team Leads.
  • Coordinate with creative, interior, modeling and post production teams for timely delivery.
  • Mentoring and review of Team Leads.
  • Maintaining team satisfaction, motivation and high morale at all given times.
  • Providing feedback on work delivered to the specific teams from time to time.
  • Coordination with Team Leads and Sales Team for a balanced production flow.

  • Client interactions/servicing and production management would be the sole responsibility of Production Lead.
