Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The Account Executive will play a critical role in driving Deepchecks’ growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role requires a deep understanding of our products, the ability to communicate their value effectively, and a commitment to customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Management:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the business challenges and objectives of potential clients.
- Present Deepchecks’ solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating how our products can address their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Market and Product Proficiency:
- Ability to demo Deepchecks’ products and engage in technical discussions with AI & LLM practitioners
- Be up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events (in collaboration with existing GTM team).
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Either a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline such as Computer Science, or experience selling to developers/AI practitioners
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
- Willingness to work US hours as needed.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
