We’ve grown rapidly, and in just a few months since leaving public beta, Capsule is already used by 100+ enterprise teams including HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Instacart to create high-quality, on-brand video content at scale.

The Role: Strategic Account Executive

We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive to expand and deepen relationships with Capsule’s highest-value customers. You’ll focus on identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, working cross-functionally with Sales, Success, and Leadership to close expansion deals and strengthen long-term partnerships.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll shape how our largest customers experience Capsule.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow key strategic accounts, identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening customer relationships

  • Lead demos and business reviews to surface value, renewals, and upsells

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to tailor messaging and improve lead quality

  • Consistently exceed sales targets through creative, customer-centric solutions

  • Provide feedback from the field to inform product direction and go-to-market strategy

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on strategic account expansion

  • A track record of exceeding quota and driving growth within enterprise accounts

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—you see opportunities and take initiative

  • Bonus: experience selling to marketing, creative, or GTM teams

Compensation + Benefits

  • Base salary range: $99,400 – $140,000 USD + equity
