RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you’ll be the trusted advisor who brings clarity and confidence to clients navigating risk and financial decisions. You’ll work with a collaborative team to grow a book of business, strengthen client loyalty, and drive success across our personal lines portfolio.
Build and grow a strong client base by adding new clients, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring a best-in-class client experience.
Assess client needs and risks to design customized insurance solutions that deliver measurable value.
Lead renewal and new business efforts—negotiating effectively, presenting solutions clearly, and closing deals with confidence.
Partner across teams to ensure service excellence, process consistency, and use of Alera Group’s tools, methodologies, and resources.
Stay current on industry trends, legislation, and market shifts that impact clients, offering proactive insights and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Active Insurance Producer License.
Proven sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to cultivate trust and credibility across all levels.
Strong financial and risk assessment abilities with a consultative mindset.
Thought leadership and strategic problem-solving skills in the personal lines insurance space.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $55K to 100K per year, based on experience.
