Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound sales experience. Previous BDR or phone sales experience is a big plus!
- A self-starter who’s energized by the prospect of driving NEW business and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong phone skills, with a focus on connecting with potential customers and opening new doors.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing. You know how to engage, persuade, and build relationships.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is helpful.
- A basic understanding of IT security, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Fluent German is required
