As part of our growth plans, we are opening a unique Sales Boot-Camp to hire our next Sales Account Executive professionals. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about sales, success and winning spirit to disrupt the Real Estate Investment industry & market.
As a Sales Account Executive at Agora, you will identify and close new opportunities directly with targeted key strategic accounts and new strategic prospects. You'll manage the entire lifecycle of the deal across our entire product line and present the value of our solutions to small-medium businesses, entrepreneurs, and C-level executives.
What are we looking for
- Manage full sale cycle, including self-prospecting, run sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals and closing negotiations.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and deals - working with SDR’s or solo.
- Develop a targeted prospecting strategy for the real estate SMB / Mid market, including weekly prospecting activities to build pipelines.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively in Hubspot CRM / other sales systems.
- Continually contribute to the development of the sales team, including but not limited to documentation, processes, procedures, solution procurement, and implementation.
- Provide sales support both during calls and behind the scenes by collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and R&D.
- Communicate with the Product Team about customers' technical needs and requirements.
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
- Complete post-sale processes with the finance team.
Requirements
- 1-2 year's of experience as a senior SDR or junior sales rep.
- Results oriented and goals driven sales DNA.
- Managing full sales cycle for SaaS solutions
- Experience working with small to medium businesses and/or mid-size organizations.
- Hands-on approach to developing and building pipelines from scratch, including cold calling, email sequence etc.
- Experience in cross-selling, offering multiple products to both existing and potential customers.
- Ability to penetrate accounts and to meet with stakeholders within accounts.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong relationship building, negotiating and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people person.
- Native / flaunt English speaker.
Advantage experience:
- Experience hunting / selling in financial market or real estate domain
- Experience working with Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, Linkdin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Additional languages as Spanish - advantage
