Titan Consulting is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Executive to expand our client
partnerships across Canada and the United States. In this role, you’ll lead outreach efforts,
manage client accounts, and close new business opportunities—all while representing a trusted
brand in the staffing industry. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this is a career-defining
opportunity for a driven sales professional ready to make an impact.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a client portfolio by identifying new prospects and converting leads into long-
term partnerships. - Lead client calls, present tailored staffing solutions, and negotiate service agreements.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
- Track all sales activity in Bullhorn to maintain data accuracy.
- Stay ahead of staffing trends and industry developments to offer consultative solutions.
Qualifications:
- You have a University or College degree
- 2–5+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in staffing or high-growth
sectors. - Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas and KPIs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and goal-driven.
- CRM proficiency (Bullhorn preferred).
