At Lidl & Kaufland, our HR teams are responsible for recruiting, retaining, developing and rewarding our workforce across 10 cities in Asia.
You will be involved in projects that cover a range of HR specialities which will include Talent Development, Learning, generalist HR and supporting the overall HR team. From day 1 you will be a facilitator and help to embed our HR strategy through our organisation.

• Graduates of 2026 or recent graduates with up to 1 year working experience
• Bachelor’s degree with an Upper Second Class/higher or GPA score of at least 3.0 with major, including but not limited to:
o Human Resources
o Business Management
o Legal
o Psychology
o Marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills
• Creativity in problem-solving and strong analytical ability
• An appetite for an ambitious career and ability to adapt to new situations within a fast-paced environment
