Calls Experts is hiring a full-time remote Call Center Representative to support clients in the US and Canada insurance market. This role is work from home for candidates based in North Macedonia, including the Skopje Statistical Region.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, support live transfers, resolve customer questions, and complete basic administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining online records. The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, is comfortable handling objections, and can work reliably during EST business hours in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects and customers in a professional manner.
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and support live transfers when appropriate.
- Answer client and prospect questions clearly and accurately.
- Prepare customer spreadsheets, update online records, and complete basic administrative tasks.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups using online communication tools.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism while representing Calls Experts and its clients.
- Work 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days per week, within EST hours between 9 AM and 9 PM EST.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, sales support, lead qualification, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent command of English with clear verbal communication.
- Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professional conversations.
- Reliable fiber optic internet connection for remote work.
- Laptop or desktop with minimum CPU score of 5000, AMD Ryzen / Intel i5 8th Gen or higher, at least 8 GB RAM, and Windows 11 or a recent macOS version.
- Experience using communication tools, online records, spreadsheets, and scheduling platforms.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
