We are looking for a detail-oriented Award Booking Specialist to assist us with booking flights using airline miles and loyalty points. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and skilled at finding the best award travel options across multiple airline programs.
Key responsibilities
- Search and book award flights using airline miles and loyalty programs.
- Compare award availability across multiple airlines and alliances.
- Assist agents with itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate booking information.
- Manage multiple bookings accurately and efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Sabre is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple bookings.
- Knowledge of airline loyalty programs and award travel is a plus.
