UX Designer
Freshs Wood Agency Inc. is looking for a UX Designer to help us create clear, intuitive, and user‑friendly digital experiences for our customers and internal teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into user flows and wireframes, and collaborate with designers and developers to deliver well‑structured interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, user‑focused, and comfortable turning complex processes into simple, easy‑to‑use solutions in a remote environment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and requirements for digital products and tools. Create user flows, wireframes, and low‑fidelity prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas. Design clear, usable interfaces for web and/or mobile experiences, focusing on simplicity and consistency. Conduct basic user research or usability feedback sessions to validate design decisions. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively. Document interaction patterns, components, and guidelines to support consistent UX across products. Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and changing requirements. Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Contribute ideas to improve overall customer and internal user experience.
Skills & Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer (portfolio required). Strong portfolio showing user flows, wireframes, and interface designs for web or web-based products. Proficiency with design/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Ability to turn complex processes into clear, intuitive user flows and layouts. Understanding of UX principles, usability, and basic user research methods. Experience collaborating with developers and stakeholders in a remote environment. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). Strong attention to detail, organization, and openness to feedback and iteration.
