●Social Media Strategy & Growth: ○Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored for both personal and company profiles. ○Grow followers, boost engagement, and generate leads across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.

●Community Engagement: ○Actively interact on personal profiles by commenting on others' posts, sending connection requests, and outreach messages to increase visibility and foster community relationships.

●Content Creation & Management: ○Create a detailed content calendar to plan and schedule posts. ○Design and publish eye-catching images and content that resonate with our target audience.

●Performance Monitoring: ○Track engagement metrics and lead generation results, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.

●Passion for Social Media: You live and breathe social platforms and understand the nuances of LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.

●Creative Thinker: You’re not afraid to try new ideas and develop innovative content that stands out.

●Detail-Oriented: From scheduling posts to crafting personalized outreach messages, you keep a close eye on every detail.

●Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently for approximately 4 hours a day while delivering high-quality results.

●Experience Matters: Previous experience in managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, and using design tools is a big plus!
