Alpine Perfect Water Technologies is a fast‑growing home‑services company focused on in‑home water filtration. We’re looking for a Sales Director who will own the sales funnel, lead the team, and hit clear revenue targets. You’ll manage setters/closers, work tightly with marketing on leads, and build simple, repeatable processes that improve results every month.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales funnel from lead to closed deal.
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable setters, closers, and reps.
- Track and improve key KPIs: set, show, close, revenue.
- Coordinate with marketing on lead quality, speed‑to‑lead, and follow‑up.
- Build and refine scripts, processes, and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years leading sales teams in home services or lead‑gen–driven business.
- Proven record of hitting and exceeding team sales targets.
- Strong with CRM / funnel tools (GoHighLevel or similar is a plus).
- Comfortable hiring, onboarding, and managing setters/closers.
- Data‑driven, direct, and comfortable working fully remote.
