Life Insurance Sales Representative

Southall-Chambers Agency is hiring motivated Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families and individuals understand and choose life insurance, health, supplemental insurance, and annuity solutions.

This role is best for coachable, self-driven people who want a flexible sales career with training, mentorship, and income growth potential. Prior insurance experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to complete licensing requirements, follow a proven sales process, prospect consistently, and handle client information with professionalism.

You will educate clients, identify coverage needs, present suitable policy options, support applications, and build long-term relationships through follow-up and service.

• Prospect for new clients through approved outreach, referrals, warm leads, and community networking.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand each client’s family, financial goals, and coverage gaps.
• Explain life insurance, health, supplemental insurance, and annuity options clearly and ethically.
• Present policy recommendations and guide clients through applications and next steps.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently on applications, renewals, and service needs.
• Participate in training, coaching, and sales meetings to improve product knowledge and performance.
• Protect sensitive personal and financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.

• 0–1 year of experience accepted; insurance experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Coachable mindset with willingness to follow scripts, training, and compliance guidelines.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward activity and sales goals.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state insurance licensing requirements.
• High integrity when handling personal, financial, and insurance-related information.
• Sales, customer service, ministry, military, athletics, leadership, or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
