About the job

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and help ensure the quality, stability, and usability of our software products. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to identify issues before they reach end users.

Responsibilities:

Analyze product requirements and technical specifications. Create and execute test cases, checklists, and test scenarios. Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications. Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools. Clearly describe steps to reproduce issues, expected results, and actual results. Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers. Perform regression, functional, UI/UX, and exploratory testing. Verify bug fixes and ensure product quality before release. Participate in improving QA processes and testing documentation.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Experience with manual testing of web or mobile applications. Ability to write clear and structured bug reports. Understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, and basic HTTP principles is a plus. Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Postman, DevTools, or similar. Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. Good communication skills. English level: intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of SQL. Experience with API testing. Understanding of test automation basics. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Key responsibilities

Verify fixed issues before release. Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers. Participate in release testing and quality control before deployment. Help improve QA processes, documentation, and testing standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and QA processes. Experience with manual testing of web and/or mobile applications. Ability to create clear test cases, checklists, and test scenarios. Strong skills in writing structured bug reports. Understanding of functional, regression, smoke, UI/UX, and exploratory testing. Basic knowledge of client-server architecture, APIs, HTTP requests, and responses. Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Postman, Chrome DevTools, or similar. Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to understand requirements and identify edge cases. English level: Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

Basic SQL knowledge. Experience with API testing. Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes. Basic understanding of test automation principles. Experience with mobile testing or cross-browser testing.
