Key responsibilities
Monitor and moderate organic comments across our social media platforms to ensure a positive and impactful brand presence
Identify and address opportunities for engagement to foster meaningful conversations with our community
Collaborate with the social media team to improve overall user engagement
Provide feedback and insights about audience sentiment and recurring patterns in social media discussions
Support the social media strategy by suggesting new trends and content ideas based on interactions observed
Enforce community guidelines, content policies, and advertising standards to maintain
Take on other tasks as needed to support the team
Skills & Qualifications
Higher education, last-year students are welcome to apply
Passion for social media and a strong understanding of online community engagement
Excellent written communication skills with fluency in both English and Lithuanian
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a variety of platforms and tasks
Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new challenges.
A proactive, self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
