Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Remote Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations at Futuro Inc. The role combines social media support, local business research, and basic communication with clients and partners via email and phone. You should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Plan and publish basic content for Instagram and Facebook (posts, stories, simple updates)
• Conduct local online research on businesses, suppliers, and potential partners
• Draft, send, and follow up on professional emails
• Make and receive phone calls as needed (information requests, confirmations, follow-ups)
• Maintain and update schedules, simple reports, and contact lists in spreadsheets
• Coordinate simple daily tasks with the owner and report on progress

• Confident computer user (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, email, cloud documents)
• Basic experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for business or personal projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good phone etiquette and ability to handle simple client or partner conversations
• Ability to organize your time, follow tasks, and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in an office, assistant, admin, or similar role is a plus
