Nurse Practitioner Manager / Clinical Operations Manager

On site — Bellevue, WA, with travel across Washington clinic locations. Serene Healthcare Talent is hiring a Nurse Practitioner Manager / Clinical Operations Manager to lead clinical operations across ambulatory infusion clinics.

This role combines NP-level clinical expertise, team leadership, quality oversight, workflow management, and occasional direct patient care. The manager will support safe, high-quality specialty infusion and injection services while building strong clinical teams and efficient clinic operations.

• Provide clinical leadership in collaboration with the Medical Director, including case discussions, care-plan development, escalated patient issues, infusion protocol review, and documentation audits.
• Ensure clinical protocols are followed and patient safety is prioritized across clinic locations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized, evidence-based patient care plans.
• Review and sign off on treatment notes and patient documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Occasionally provide direct patient care when required to meet patient needs or demonstrate clinical skills.
• Manage RNs, LVNs, Medical Assistants, and support staff across multiple clinic locations.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and 1:1 meetings.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, schedules, resource allocation, workflows, and patient experience.
• Track clinic performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory audits, and accreditation survey readiness.
• Conduct monthly clinic visits to observe workflows, support team members, and provide real-time coaching.

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state(s) of practice.
• AANPCB or ANCC certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in infusion therapy or a related specialty.
• 2+ years of healthcare leadership or management experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing professionals across different licenses and scopes of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Strong skills in IV catheter placement, central line care, infusion reaction monitoring, infection control, and sterile technique.
• Knowledge of IV medications, biologics, fluids, blood components, and aseptic lab draws.
• EMR proficiency and strong computer skills, including word processing, internet, and email.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
