About the job

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead lead generation efforts for a roofing company in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, paid advertising, and website management, with a proven track record of success in the U.S. market.

Key responsibilities

Design and execute lead generation strategies for a roofing company in MA. Manage and track paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation sites like Angie’s List, HomeAdvisor, etc. Oversee website management to optimize lead conversion. Build and implement a comprehensive and measurable marketing strategy. Performance will be evaluated based on lead quality and volume.

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, managing and building remote teams. Proven experience in small business marketing with measurable results. Familiarity with Google My Business (GMB) and other marketing tools to drive traffic. Experience working with U.S. customers and the U.S. market. Living experience in the U.S. (desired but not mandatory).
