Growth Manager

Turrior is hiring a remote Growth Manager to help drive B2B growth for an AI hiring platform. This role is focused on finding and activating growth channels across recruiting, hiring, partnerships, outbound, content, and customer acquisition.

Compensation: $2,500/month total budget, structured as fixed pay plus bonus.

• Build and execute B2B growth experiments to generate qualified leads.
• Identify and test channels across outbound, partnerships, communities, recruiting networks, and content.
• Create messaging for HR, recruiting, and founder audiences.
• Track funnel metrics and improve conversion from lead to demo or activation.
• Work closely with the founder/team to prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
• Research target companies, buyer personas, and recruiting market segments.

• Experience in B2B growth, recruiting, hiring, HR tech, staffing, or similar markets.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, outbound, partnerships, or go-to-market execution.
• Comfortable testing channels quickly and reporting results clearly.
• Good written communication and ability to create practical messaging.
• Analytical mindset with focus on measurable growth outcomes.
• Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.
