Job Summary: The Growth Admin will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of SD Inspect. This role will focus on providing administrative support to the Growth team, managing data and analytics, and coordinating operational tasks to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Growth team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Manage and analyze data to inform growth strategies and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate operational tasks, such as contract management, customer onboarding, and project setup
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to support growth initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to drive business growth and alignment
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Growth team
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and data visualization tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Salary: $144,000 per year
