About the job

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build, automate, and support modern cloud infrastructure for our applications. You’ll work closely with developers to streamline deployments, improve reliability, and make our systems easier to monitor and maintain.

This role is a good fit if you enjoy automation, CI/CD, and cloud platforms, and want to grow your skills while working in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment. We welcome candidates who have solid fundamentals and are eager to learn—no need to tick every single box.

Key responsibilities

Responsibilities Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) for automated testing and deployments. Configure, monitor, and support cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP or similar). Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar). Work with developers to ensure smooth, reliable releases and quick rollback when needed. Set up and improve system monitoring, logging, and alerting to catch issues early. Help troubleshoot production incidents and participate in root-cause analysis and prevention. Improve system performance, reliability, and security through automation and best practices. Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and runbooks for the team.

Skills & Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or related engineering role (we’re open to strong junior profiles too). Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Practical experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.). Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar). Good understanding of Linux systems, networking basics, and shell scripting. Experience with Docker or other container technologies (Kubernetes is a plus, not a must). Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK/EFK, etc.). Comfortable reading and writing scripts in at least one language (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar). Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Clear, proactive communication and the ability to collaborate with developers and other team members remotely.

Benefits

Benefits

Fully remote position with flexible working hours. Competitive salary with room to grow based on performance and experience. Clear career growth path in DevOps/SRE and opportunities to work with modern tools and cloud technologies. Budget for training, certifications, and courses (cloud, Kubernetes, security, etc.). Supportive, collaborative team culture with regular feedback and mentoring. Opportunity to influence infrastructure decisions and introduce new tools and best practices. Stable workload and long‑term cooperation, not just a short-term project. Paid time off and local public holidays respected.
